Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting is a procedure through which a healthy blood vessel is obtained that can be used during coronary bypass surgery. To create a bypass graft, a surgeon will harvest a healthy blood vessel from another part of the body, which is grafted around the blocked area of the heart to create a channel for blood flow across the heart. CLEARGLIDE® Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting system allows less invasive harvesting of suitable vessels through a single, small leg incision.
